Wilson (26 junio 1931 – 5 diciembre 2013) fue un prolífico escritor inglés que se dio a conocer como filósofo y novelista. Wilson también escribió extensamente sobre crímenes reales, el misticismo, los fenómenos paranormales, y otros temas.

En términos de un escritor de ficción, Wilson veces criticó o comentó sobre H. P. Lovecraft y los Mitos de Cthulhu.
